Our team of experts creates and deliverers customized digital media content, workshops and other programming for a range of communities, organizations, educational institutions, and professional associations.

Decolonizing Workshop
In Cultured Company engages participants in a unique understanding of how historical narratives have promoted identities and worldviews shaped by conflict. Facilitators help participants deconstruct historical myths, propaganda, and historical traumas, guiding the dialog process. The goal is to understand differences, hold space to learn about each others common experiences, and reimagine a shared future without conflict.

Historical Trauma Healing Cycles
In our Sawubona Healing Circles, we explore how systemic oppression impacts mental health and wellness. The aim of our healing circles is to cultivate bodily self-awareness, safety and resilience in order to maintain the work of ongoing action, building empty and sharing power.
