We serve diaspora communities historically pitted against each other for seemingly limited resources in places with extreme inequality. Our participatory approach is centered around equity, empathy, truth, and reconciliation at each stage to deconstruct current tensions, teach conflict resolution skills, and decolonize historical narratives.

The first step in moving from a divided past, is deconstructing historical myths that have been used as tools of division to create a decolonized worldview that’s defined by a new narrative. Once the conflict has been defined, we work with the community to uplift their voices to resolve it and reshape their future.
